On behalf of all of us at Connextions, I would like to say, “Thank You” to those of you who joined us for Customer Appreciation Day at the Windmill Farms Welcome Center. We were able to get some feedback and address some issues, but more than anything, it was nice to just meet some of you and put a face with a name. We will be having similar events in Forney and Royse City over the next several weeks in order to meet more of our customers. Check the website for notices and details about the upcoming events.
CONCERNS. After visiting with some of you, I realized that there are a few of you that have “accepted” the fact that your service isn’t up to par. Please understand that if we don’t know about a problem, it cannot be fixed. Also, if you have reported a problem and the issue has not been resolved, please call my direct line at 469-721-2051. I need to know. An occasional need to powercycle your equipment to make your internet connection work is one thing. The need to powercycle multiple times weekly is another. Please call and report problems….we want you to be satisfied with your service.

GOOD NEWS!! We will be upgrading internet speeds over the next 3-4 weeks. The upgrade will be completed by February 26th! At the point that all customers have been upgraded, a Broadcast Message and a Broadcast E-mail will be sent. All customers will be moved up a tier meaning that you will get greater speeds for the same price.
The breakdown is as follows: 256kbps will now be 512kbps, 512 will be 1.5, 1.5 will be 3.0 and 3.0 will be 5.0. We will also offer 8.0mb. I am in the process of updating the website but you can call the office for details.
2010! Our goal for the new year is to be more visible in our service areas. If you have any questions or concerns, please DO NOT hesitate to contact us either by phone or through the website. 2009 was a tough year for many of us and we look forward to a better, more positive, 2010!!
